Carlos Andino was born in Philadelphia, PA (Go Birds!) and raised in Tampa, Florida. He loves Jesus, people, and the local church. He’s passionate about discipleship, authentic community, and helping others encounter the presence of God in everyday life. Whether teaching Scripture, leading teams, or investing in the next generation, Carlos desires to help people grow in identity, purpose, and relationship with Jesus. He and his wife Julia enjoy traveling, good coffee, movies, and building a life centered on what matters most.
